Do you need to clean your blinds but keep putting them off? You are not alone! We have blinds throughout our home because I like to have the windows covered at night. A Simple Way to Clean Your Blinds
Get a blind duster.
Through some of my research, I saw people creating their own duster to use on their blinds. I saw people using Swiffer dusters. Then, I came across a duster created to clean blinds! I instantly ordered one for 7.99 from Amazon, eager to try it for our spring cleaning.
The result was amazing! I am pleased to share that this blind duster works so well.
How to use the blind duster.
It is handheld and comes with a few microfiber covers to put on the wand. You can wash the covers when they are too dirty to use.
You can use the duster on different sizes of blinds. You simply hold the handle and clamp the blinds between the cleaning part by squeezing the handle. Then you can move the wand across that section of the blind.
What about blinds that are super dirty?
If your blinds have something sticky on them (you never know with kids), you can spray the cloth with your favorite cleaner and then use it on that blind.
Do you need to ever take your blinds down to wash them?
Honestly, I probably never will. If you want to, you can. However, this tool allows you to get clean blinds without taking them off the windows. I think all moms will agree that this is a win! Get your duster and get cleaning!
