These random acts of kindness cards will help your family focus on serving others throughout the Christmas season!
Spreading random acts of kindness is one of our favorite holiday traditions. Since the season is full of so many gifts, this has been a simple way to give back. I love finding practical ways for my kids to learn to serve others. When we teach these things when our kids are young, we are able to impart lasting truth on their lives.
One way we have been incorporating this is by having our Elf deliver a random act of kindness challenge every day. When we received an Elf, I really was not planning to do the whole Elf thing. Don’t get me wrong, I see nothing wrong with it. It just was not a good fit for our family.
Instead of stressing over the Elf watching my kids and so on, we decided he was a toy and to have fun hiding him. This past year, we added in an extra element of fun where the kids find the Elf with his special random acts of kindness challenge!
It is such a simple and intentional Christmas activity!
Random Acts of Kindness with Your Elf
Make your own cards or print off the random acts of kindness cards to use.
Cut them out and place in a bag for each access.
Every day (or whatever frequency you desire) have the Elf arrive with a card attached.
Then have fun serving others!
What are ways you teach your kids about kindness during Christmas?
