Create a schedule for your kids at home with this fun idea!
You can create a schedule for your kids at home without having to plan an activity for every single moment of the day. Last summer we implemented having one planned fun activity a day and it was a hit! It was so helpful for me to have this structure to our days and for my kids to know what to expect.
As many of us are currently homeschooling now, I know there is a lot of overwhelm. We have seen the hour by hour schedules and plans and activities. These are all great things but sometimes we just need to simplify it. Ready for my solution?
My summer schedule is coming back revamped for springtime!
Create a Schedule for Your Kids at Home
I took my printable from last summer and changed up some of the days. This is what we are going to use this spring as a way to add some planned fun into our days. Every morning we have their schoolwork but in the afternoon, I wanted to have something small and simple for them to do!
Using themed days can help you create a schedule for your kids at home. You can get the free printable here and then download and print it. Once you print it, put it in a frame to create a dry erase board. At the start of the week, take a minute to write down the fun things you will do each day. Every day should have one activity written on it.
