Ready to try to delicious holiday recipes? As soon as November 1st arrives, I am instantly overcome with the memories and nostalgia of the season. Growing up, my mom’s spice cabinet was full of McCormick® and we spent a lot of time making different dishes for our family gatherings.
Now, as a mom of three, I love being able to create delicious food for the holiday season and I keep the tradition going strong with using McCormick® seasonings.
While I highly suggest all of the McCormick® Extract, Herbs & Spices, or Gravy products, today I am specifically talking about three of their products. These three products help me make delicious mashed sweet potatoes and Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bites. The mashed sweet potatoes are a tasty upgrade to classic mashed potatoes and the Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Bites are the perfect addition to holiday appetizers.
Before you get ready to cook and bake, make sure to head to Walmart to grab your supplies. You can see all of the ingredients needed below! At Walmart, you can easily find all of the McCormick® Extract, Herbs & Spices, or Gravy products. I love how easy it is to find what I need so I can quickly shop. As I shopped, I could quickly scan the spices and find exactly what I needed.

- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
Wash the sweet potatoes and place them on a baking sheet. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until a fork can easily pierce. Then blend the sweet potatoes with 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add in 2 teaspoons of McCormick® Garlic Powder. Serve and your family will absolutely love these savory mashed sweet potatoes.

- 1 ¼ cup flour
