Looking for encouraging devotionals for busy moms? There are countless options, but here are some of my favorites.
The devotionals for busy moms that I love are a mix of apps and studies. I tend to switch things up depending on my current season of life. Remember, the point of quiet time is not perfection but building a relationship with God. I truly believe that when we put this relationship first, we are on the right path to thrive.
Devotionals for Busy Moms
She Reads Truth Bible
This Bible is unique because it is full of beautiful artwork, devotional pieces, and background information on the books of the Bible. I also loved this Bible because of the margins being larger so I can easily take notes in it. I love doing different Bible studies, but I also love digging into reading a book of the Bible.
Daily Grace Studies
This past summer I went through Chosen with a group of girls. This was the first time I have gone through one of their studies and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I felt like each day the material was just enough. I really liked the layout of the study and found it great for myself or for when in groups.
Daily Remain
I love a good journal. Recently, I started using this journal and it is one of my favorite things. I love the space provided for when I am spending time with God and love the space at the back for writing sermon notes! Plus, the designs are just gorgeous!
Prayer Journal
Every busy mom I know is constantly writing down notes so they don’t forget things. Can you relate? I know that pretty much sums myself up. Naturally, remembering prayer requests or even staying focused can be hard as you have so many things flying your way. This is why I love the prayer journals from Val Marie.
Sarah E Frazer
A friend of mine, Sarah, has a blog that is full of free and paid devotional resources. These are perfect for busy moms!
Additional Resources
Along with the studies there ares some devotional apps that I love!
- Truth Bytes
- She Reads Truth
- Thrive Moms
If you are looking for a devotional, I would suggest picking one and sticking with that for a month. Consider inviting in some friends to go through a devotional or reading a book of the Bible together.
