5 Simple and Easy Dinner Recipes
Pizza
We have pizza once a week. It is our go-to meal. My favorite way is to make the crust as it literally takes less than 10 minutes to prep that. We will add in a salad with this meal and it is perfect for a busy evening!
Gyros
This is one of our favorite dinners. I love that the chicken can cook in the Crock Pot. You can either make homemade naan or purchase from the store. Chop up some veggies and you are set.
Tacos
My main way of making tacos is by cooking the chicken in the Crock Pot with homemade taco seasoning and  salsa. Once it is finished, I shred it with forks and it is ready to go! It makes tacos so easy and delicious. If you want to have beef tacos, I suggest prepping the meat ahead and then freezing it. Then the morning of, you can take it out and let it thaw out in the fridge.
Sheet Pan Meal
Sheet pan meals for dinner are the best because you have everything cooking at once! One way I have found this to work well, is to take a few of the chicken breasts out and put them in a Ziploc bag with marinade or seasoning. I let this sit  in the fridge until we are ready to cook that evening. You could even prep the veggies on Sunday and have them in a separate bag waiting to cook. This is one of our favorite sheet pan dinners.
