How did your week go? Sometimes our weeks can end up becoming rather busy and we do not accomplish all we wanted to. In those moments, we remember grace and move forward.
Speaking of grace, I want to encourage you to have grace with yourselves as you meal plan. If this is new to you, it is going to take time to adjust and embrace the changes. The point is not to have a perfectly planned out meal plan, but to be prepared so there is a little less stress in your life.
Something that I have done to help ease the hectic days, is to prepare a few freezer meals. You could take one day to prep a lot or just prep one a week. These are great to have on hand for when you need to bring a meal to a friend or for that crazy afternoon when nothing goes according to plan.
