Laundry
The past few years I have been slowly working on overhauling the products we regularly use in our home.  Then a couple months ago I started ordering products from Grove Collaborative and have been so pleased with the service. It has been quite a relief not to have to worry about picking up laundry detergent and cleaning supplies. Guess what? I have good news for you! If you have been wanting to change up some of the products in your home, why don’t you start with laundry and grab this FREE Laundry Kit from Grove Collaborative now.  You’ll also get a free 60 day VIP trial, which means free shipping, free gifts, price-matching, and exclusive service.  If you are already an existing customer, just click to receive your free Grove walnut scrubber sponges.

Rainy Days
This past week has been so rainy and it was also the first week of summer break.  There was a lot of time to practice all of the tips I share about that is for sure! We did make the most of it and had fun with our daily activities. One of the days we made these jellyfish and they were super fun and cute. The kids loved playing with them and pretending they were puppets.

Letter of the Week
My friend Elizabeth has been working on a product that I am so excited about. I just loved her Homeschooling Your Preschooler e-book and I am not even a homeschooling mom. However, I do like to do some schooling when my kids are toddlers until they go to school in kindergarten. Her book really helped me get started and prepared. Now, she is launching Five Senses Letter-a-Week activity guide and I cannot wait! Friends, I had the joy of getting a sneak peek and this product is incredible. It is what I plan to work through with my daughter this fall!

Favorite Posts from Other Bloggers the Week
Tropical Palm Print Swimsuit + Coverup Tif is one of my favorite fashion bloggers and I really loved her recent post. I think we could all use some of her mindset when it comes to swim suits and our bodies as women.
To the Mom of the Toddler and Newborn I connected with this post so much as it reminded me of seasons past. There is so much encouragement and hope shared here.

  1. Getting new household products can be really exciting! My husband thinks I’m a dork sometimes that I get excited over stuff like that! I don’t care though! Trying new household products is exciting!! Haha! Maybe it’s the researcher in me. 😊

  2. Thanks so much for sharing your Friday favorites. I am a new wife – and laundry is one of my least favorite things, haha. It does help to have nice and good smelling detergent, though!

    • Yes, laundry is never ending! As someone who likes to cross things off a list, I have to remember that there will always be more laundry. Have a great day!

  3. It has been an awesome week. We had a party to celebrate our youngest daughter graduating from university. Then we became grandparents, well sort of…they got a puppy. Let me tell you, we are in love with this little pup already. There is always good, we just have to remember to reflect and be grateful!

    • Lisa, congrats! That is all so exciting! I love your perspective on things. Enjoy that puppy- good practice for a grandchild one day!

  4. It has been an awesome week, busy, but good! I, too, love the seventh generation products. I need to look into that service! What a cool concept!
