Servings: 2
Ingredients
- 2 Tablespoons Instant Coffee (or you could do 1 tablespoon regular instant coffee and 1 tablespoon decaf instant coffee)
- 1 Tablespoon Sugar
- 2 Tablespoons Hot Water
- 2 cups milk
- For added flavor, 2 Tablespoons Torani Caramel Syrup
- Ice
Kitchen Items
- Hand Mixer
- Bowl
- Rubber Spatula
- Mug or Glass
Directions:
Combine the coffee and sugar in a bowl. When I used Starbucks Instant Coffee, it was so smooth. When I used Walmart brand Instant Coffee, the granules are larger so I pressed down on them to make them smaller so easier to blend.
Add the water to the mixture.
Whip on high speed with a hand mixer until thick and frothy. This takes about 3-5 minutes.

Split the 2 cups of milk between 2 cups. Add ice and a tablespoon of the Torani Syrup to each glass (or more if desired). Add the whipped coffee to the glasses and slowly stir to mix.
Now it is time to enjoy!
Whipped coffee has been my favorite afternoon treat for a little refresh on these summer days! Have you tried whipped coffee?
The original recipes I found, used more instant coffee. However, I found the drink to be way too strong for my taste. The other recipes also do not include the Torani Caramel Syrup, but I love how this adds a little more flavor to the drink.
