Check out the Intentional Easter Family Kit to help point your family to Jesus!
The Intentional Easter Family Kit is a great resource to use as you celebrate Lent and Easter. This is a digital product and is full of so many great activities.
Have you ever felt like you have all of the resources for Christmas but then fall short on Easter? I have been there.
As a mom of three, I found myself focusing a lot on Christmas but not as much on Easter. Easter can be a hard thing to know how to handle with kids, because death is hard, let alone death on the cross. However, it is important that we present the whole Gospel to our kids and Easter is a pivotal part of this.
The Intentional Easter Family Kit
This kit is designed to help your family focus on Jesus during the days leading up to Easter. It officially kicks off on Ash Wednesday (this year this is March 2nd), but you can start using the kit at any point leading up to Easter.
Countdown Cards
The countdown cards include Bible verses for Monday-Saturday. All of the verses are words that Jesus spoke during His time on earth. On Sundays, there is a family activity instead of a verse. I share 8 activity ideas in the kit. You can do different activities, but these activities are great to pull from. There are 7 Sundays (with the 7th Sunday being Easter) leading up to Easter. This gives you 7 times you can do a family activity, but you can also sprinkle in some of the activities during other times.
Activity Cards
The activity cards that are included in the kit are Resurrection Garden, Easter Scavenger Hunt, Resurrection Rolls, Feet Washing, Act of Kindness, and Egg Hunt. With all of these activities, I share a supply list and instructions.
He is Risen Banner
Another item in the kit is the “He is Risen” banner. You can print this and string it to hang on Easter Sunday or during the time leading up to Easter.
Monthly Calendars
Some love having a monthly grid to view so I have a calendar for March and April. Each has the daily verse reference on it along with reminders for the Lent Candles.
Lent Candle Cards
This is similar to advent candles and you will use 7 candles to lead up to Easter with this. There are verse cards that you can read when you blow out each candle. In the kit, I include instructions for this.
You can purchase the kit today!
For 1 week, the kit is on sale for $5, and then the price increases to $9. Purchase here.
Within the kit, I also give tips for using the Scripture cards. Reading the daily verse is such a simple way to point us back to Jesus and remind us of the truth. These little moments are times when you are planting seeds in your children.

This is such a cute kit, Keri! My mom always did fun Easter activities with me to teach me why we celebrate Easter and I️ hope to continue it with my girls!
