Printable Valentine’s Day lunch box notes add a little extra fun to your child’s day!
A simple note can do so much to bring joy to a child’s day. I am constantly surprised at how powerful these notes can be. However, is it that big of a surprise? I think everyone enjoys a little reminder and affirmation that you are loved.
Valentine’s Day lunch box notes can be used in the lunch box but you also can use them in your family mailboxes! I have even found that leaving one of these in my older son’s room can bring a smile to his face.

Prepare ahead of time.
Take time to print and cut out the notes. Keep them in an envelope or jar in the kitchen for easy access. As with so many things, taking a little extra time ahead of time can go a long way in helping you to be prepared.
Add them to the lunch box.
One thing we have been working on adding to our rhythms has been preparing lunch the night before. It helps the morning go much smoother. Trust me- there is always a frantic energy when I forget this!
I usually sign my name and then tuck it in the box. If I use one of the blank cards, I will write a little extra note.
Use them in other ways!

- Leave one in your child’s bedroom for them to find.
- Place one on each family member’s plate during dinner
