The Roll a Turkey game is a great way for families to connect and have fun together. Either on Thanksgiving day or sometime in the month of November, this activity is a fun way to build a turkey craft. I love to put this activity together to have it sitting out on Thanksgiving day for kids to work on.

Prepare the turkey parts.
Use construction paper to cut out feathers, some beaks, eyes, legs, and snoods. You will want to cut out enough of the turkey bodies so everyone has one. Put all of the pieces in separate containers or layout on a table.

How to Play Roll a Turkey Game
Everyone starts out with nothing. Have one person roll the die. Once they see what number they rolled, they can pick out the coordinating turkey part. Use a glue stick to put the pieces together as you get more pieces.
Everyone only gets one turkey but can have multiple parts of the other items. Play as long as you want or set a timer and see what everyone’s turkeys look like at the end. Let your kids have fun with this game. Some kids may be traditional and other kids may think a silly turkey is fun.
Have fun playing this game with your kids!
