Target Black Friday shopping tips to help you navigate the day well and save money!
Target Black Friday shopping is one of my favorite things. Growing up, I have fond memories of heading out early to grab a quick breakfast and then go Black Friday shopping with my mom. We loved having this day of shopping together and of course, saving money!
As we prepare for another Black Friday, I wanted to share some helpful tips to help us all navigate this day well!
Tips for Target Black Friday Shopping
Go instore on Black Friday for the special doorbuster deals!
Certain deals are only available in the store. If one of these deals is on your list, I highly suggest making a plan to go in the store. In general, stores will open at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving and close at 1 a.m. on Black Friday, reopening at 7 a.m. Make sure to confirm with your local store these hours.
Consider shopping Black Friday sales online.
This year, we will be visiting family in a town where there is not a Target closeby. However, this does not mean I have to forego the sales because we can shop online! The online Black Friday savings start Thanksgiving morning on Target.com. Through December 21st, Target cyber shoppers can enjoy free shipping on mostly everything!
Study the ads to get a good plan before shopping or purchasing.
I always suggest looking at the ads ahead of time to have a game plan. Make your list for shopping and then look to see where you can get the best deal. Black Friday can be a huge day to save money if you plan out your shopping well.
Sign up for Target Circle.
Target recently introduced its new loyalty program, Target Circle. With this, you earn 1% that you can spend on future purchases every time you shop. This is the Cartwheel offers a replacement. It is free and easy to use. If you have not already signed up, go here so you can gain early access to Target’s Black Friday deals.
Review the Target Toy Ad.
Target mailed out their toy ad awhile ago and it is well laid out. My kids instantly went through and made lists from there. It makes it so easy to help you prepare to shop as you can see exactly what you are looking for.
