Looking for water-themed activities for your kids? These activities are all about water and tons of fun!
The water-themed activities are part of our At-Home Summer Camp. There are five main activities so you can do one activity a day. One of the best parts about summer is all of the water play. Since we live in the south, we depend on water play to help outdoor play doable in the summer. We love swimming at the beach and pool and we also love adding in some extra fun water-themed activities!

The purpose of the At-Home Summer Camp series is to provide moms with some simple and fun themed activities for summer. Instead of trying to do all of the things every single day, I have found it to be helpful and freeing to do one fun activity a day. Some weeks we may do all five activities and other weeks just one, but having a list of activities on hand has helped us thrive during the summer.

Create: Water Color Painting
We had fun creating watercolor paintings.
Move: Sponge balls
Sponge balls are a fun way to get active and cool off. All you have to do is cut 3 sponges into strips and then tie with a rubber band.
Feel: Chalk Paint
Creating pictures with chalk paint outside is always a lot of fun!
Play: Build a Boat
Older elementary kids love this activity!

Water-Themed Snack: Flavored Water
Have your kids try out creating different flavored water with fruits and veggies.
Family Night: Water Balloon Fight
Kids love having a water balloon fight with parents. We love these water balloons!
